About Gemini

A private room, a warm circle.

Gemini is a private home studio in the South Hills, small on purpose. Eighteen mats, a few classes a week, and a circle of teachers who keep it slow, warm, and traditional. You come in by invitation, and you stay for the people.

The teachers

Who you'll practice with.

A small circle of teachers, each with their own lineage and voice, held together by a slow, breath-led, traditional approach.

Stefani Rose

Stefani founded Gemini after training at Laughing Lotus, NYC, the lineage school where she learned yoga as a devotional, breath-first practice. She has appeared in Reebok campaigns, taught for Africa Yoga Project, and led international retreats. She came home to open the room she always wished she'd had.

Darcy Lyle

A Pittsburgh teacher and coach since 2003, Darcy teaches a slow, breath-based exploration of alignment. She is also a YogaSlackers and certified AcroYoga teacher, drawn to the cues that help students discover something new. Off the mat: her son Elijah, her gardens, and her chickens.

Tisha Samuels

Laughing Lotus trained, with 500+ hours and teaching since 2012, Tisha roots her classes in tradition and the seasons, blending movement, stillness, pranayama, meditation, and restorative practice, always personalized to each student.
