That short drive is the whole point. You leave the noise of the day on Route 19, and by the time you reach the mat you have already started to slow down. Gemini is one small, light-filled room with 18 mats. Slow, traditional, breath-led yoga. Nothing hot, nothing loud, nothing to keep up with.

What practicing at Gemini is like

• Slow and breath-led. We move at the pace of your breath, not a playlist. You will notice the difference in the first few minutes.
• Small and private. A few classes a week in one room. You are never lost in a crowd.
• Real teachers. Stefani Rose trained at Laughing Lotus in NYC and is RYT-500. Darcy Lyle has taught in Pittsburgh since 2003. Tisha Samuels brings 500 plus hours, ayurveda, and restorative work.
• Non-heated and gentle. This is the opposite of the hot, power, franchise studios nearby. It is calm on purpose.

People who want to actually feel their practice. Beginners who found other rooms intimidating. Anyone driving in from Washington who wants something quieter than what they have tried before.
